THE NETHERLANDS

In The Netherlands we offer an extensive operational service:

organise information meetings for police and customs (covered by the membership fee);
provide expert advice regarding counterfeit issues (covered by the membership fee);
file customs applications (covered by the membership fee);
initiate investigations;
the outlets of counterfeiting;
file complaints on behalf of members;
organise inspections at events;
conduct civil proceedings on behalf of members;
organise the storage, transportation and destruction of counterfeit products

For these activities we have a team of investigators and lawyers available (i.e. inhouse lawyers with access to the bar).

Fees

The fees of SNB-REACT consist of a fixed fee for members which use all International services (incl The Netherlands) and members which use only the Dutch services. On top, a low fixed fee (based on the type of action) per case is charged. The fixed fee is invoiced once a year right after the annual assembly and the cases periodically.
The maximum amount for all Dutch cases, is € 10.000 per year
