After having started in 2002 with the creation of our own branch office, we are now able to provide a full range of services.
Paralegals in the Milan office are available to assist with the identification of products, drafting and filing of affidavits, drafting and filing of criminal complaints and the preparation and submission of civil summon letters.

The focus of our activities is on customs protection. With the Italian customs we entered into an agreement which included the provision of digital cameras, training, filing applications and follow up customs detentions.

The service we provide our members is:

File customs application (included in the membership fee);
put the brand details on the password protected site accessible by customs officers as well as on a CD Rom (included in the membership fee);
organization of customs training sessions (included in the membership fee);
following customs detentions, we file the affidavit to ensure the confiscation of the products;
filing criminal complaints;

Affidavits in local cases and customs matters are А 200 per case (including expenses within a range of 150 KM); criminal complaints are А 300 per case
