Since November 2007 we are operating Czech and Slovak cases from our Prague office in Czech Republic. The office manages custom applications, amicable settlements of IP right infringements and drafting and filing trademark criminal complaints at the court of first instance. Further legal support can be provided by cooperating IP law firm under agreed favourable fees for SNB-REACT members.


The service we can provide our members is the following:
  • file customs application (included in the membership fee);
  • provide expert advice regarding counterfeit issues(covered by the membership fee);
  • conduct civil proceedings on behalf of members;
  • put the brand details on the password protected site accessible by customs officers as well as on a CD Rom (included in the membership fee);
  • organization of informational meetings for police, customs and trade inspection (included in the membership fee);
  • digital images from customs- directly or indirectly through us (included also);
  • following customs detentions, filing the affidavit (€ 200 per case)
  • filing criminal complaints for the court of first instance ( € 300 );
