SNB-REACT provides a full package of legal services with regard to anti counterfeiting actions at very low rates.  The membership covers customs applications and notifications, affidavits, filing of criminal complaints, summon letters and in The Netherlands even civil proceedings. Lawyers and paralegals are at the members disposal to provide a cost effective and professional service.

SNB-REACT requires from its members sufficient IP protection and a mandate which enables SNB-REACT to act quickly in the anti counterfeiting fight. The mandates can be drafted to meet all specific demands.

Another important feature of SNB-REACT is that it tries to fix the fees where possible to allow the members to control their budgets.

The general strategy of SNB-REACT is to consistently fight the  trade in counterfeiting at all levels, from production to retail. In our opinion this can only be achieved by joint and vigorous swift actions. On the spot SNB-REACT tries to settle minor cases. On the other hand, SNB-REACT is not afraid to enter into long and expensive court cases if this is deemed necessary to achieve its general objectives. In this way it has gone through several long court cases which have resulted in important case law.
