In order to provide its members a facility to follow up standard type of cases in European countries where SNB-REACT has no operational facilities, it has concluded agreements with specialised IP lawfirms. Purpose of these agreements are to allow members a consistent approach to follow up actions initiated by customs or police officers. Taking into account budgetary constraints of our members, we agreed on fixed fees set at a relatively low level.

In Luxembourg, we have such an understanding with De Meester Advocaten.
Criminal complaints with claims for damages can be filed for € 250.
