In order to provide its members a facility to follow up standard type of cases in European countries where SNB-REACT has no operational facilities, it has concluded agreements with specialised IP lawfirms. Purpose of these agreements are to allow members a consistent approach to follow up actions initiated by customs or police officers. Taking into account budgetary constraints of our members, we agreed on fixed fees set at a relatively low level.

In Hungary it has such an understanding with VSZA, a foundation managed by Laszlo Berczes who is partner at S. B. G. & K. Patent and Law Offices.

Customs and police actions can be followed up by VSZA for a rate of € 200 for providing the authorities with expert opinion and reporting the case  (sending digital photos and scanned official list of the seized goods).
(NEW) By the time the article 11 simplified customs procedure is  introduced, VSZA can follow this procedure for € 300.
