In order to provide its members a facility to follow up standard type of cases in European countries where SNB-REACT has no operational facilities, it has concluded agreements with specialised IP lawfirms. Purpose of these agreements are to allow members a consistent approach to follow up actions initiated by customs or police officers. Taking into account budgetary constraints of our members, we agreed on fixed fees set at a relatively low level.

In Hungary it has such an understanding with Berczes Law office.

Customs and police actions can be followed up by Berczes Lawfirm for a rate of € 200 for providing the authorities with expert opinion and reporting the case  (sending digital photos and scanned official list of the seized goods).
BÉRCZES Law Office can follow simplified procedures ex article 11 EU Regulation 1383/2003 for € 300.
