December 2007 we can offer our members full legal services in Spain.
After several years of experience with an external investigation company in Spain, REACT engaged the services of a lawyer, based in Madrid. We can manage custom, amicable settlements of IP right infringements and drafting and filing trademark criminal complaints as well as Court proceedings. The Spanish activities will be managed in close cooperation with the Portuguese staff of SNB-REACT.

The service we can provide our members is the following:

• file customs application (included in the membership fee);
• provide expert advice regarding counterfeit issues (covered by the membership fee);
• conduct civil proceedings on behalf of members;
• organization of informational meetings for police and customs (included in the membership fee);
• digital images from customs- directly or indirectly through us (included also);
• following customs and police detentions, filing the affidavit (€ 200 per case)
• filing criminal complaints for the court of first instance (€ 300);
. following up civil proceedings (€ 400)
