In order to provide its members a facility to follow up standard type of cases in European countries where SNB-REACT has no operational facilities, it has concluded agreements with specialised IP lawfirms. Purpose of these agreements are to allow members a consistent approach to follow up actions initiated by customs or police officers. Taking into account budgetary constraints of our members, we agreed on fixed fees set at a relatively low level.

In Denmark it has such an understanding with A4 Lawfirm in Copenhagen.

Customs actions can be followed up for a rate of and €  200 for following up a case through the simplified procedure. Those cases which can not be managed through the simplified procedure will be handled by A4 lawfirm: first 4 hours of work will be managed at € 350; after that their usual hourly rates will be applied.
