1) Customs:
Filing of applications; following up of notifications which will be either
* Issuing an affidavit  and then proceed with destruction of the goods at his own expense or;
 * Simplified procedure: a settlement with the importer (infringer) and agreeing  the terms for destruction, storage and other expenses or;
* File a lawsuit with the court for trademark infringement.  
2)      Market research/notification/police raids
* Police raid matters - follow up of the procedure with the police and  State Attorney's Office,
* Initiating official action with competent authorities for targeted  subjects (shop/market) upon notification.
* Drafting warning/cease and desist letters

Fees
Customs cases: 350 Euro and 100 EUR for cases<20 pcs
Police matters: 250 Euro and 100 Euro for cases < 20 pcs
For both applies that  as long as  such cases can be resolved
within 4 hours of our work (which usually is the case).
