In order to provide its members a facility to follow up standard type of cases in European countries where SNB-REACT has no operational facilities, it has concluded agreements with specialised IP lawfirms. Purpose of these agreements are to allow member s a consistent approach to follow up actions initiated by customs or police officers. Taking into account budgetary constraints of our members, we agreed on fixed fees set at a relatively low level.

a) Customs follow up through simplified procedure of article 11 EU regulation 1383/2003:
- Without opposition € 160
- With opposition € 285
b) Cease and Desist letter: € 460
c) Criminal complaints: € 650; with housesearch € 800
